On the first day of Progress in Radiology 2024, we are planning to offer the opportunity to experience aspects of Japanese culture. Please enjoy the time in between (or even during…shhh, we won’t tell) sessions joining us in activities such as making Japanese sweets, taking part in an abridged tea ceremony, and writing your name in calligraphy. Family members and other accompanying guests are also welcome.

Accommodation
The Management Office will arrange accommodation at the Gunma Royal Hotel, which is close to the venue.
Please request reservation(s) when you register for the conference.
However, please note that the number of rooms is limited.
If you wish to stay at a hotel other than the Gunma Royal Hotel, please make your own reservations.

After Convention

Overnight tour to Kusatsu Onsen will be held.
Please note that availability is limited, If there are more of applicants than available slots, a lottery may be held to select participants.
The tour will be conducted by sightseeing bus.

Payment Method
Payment can only be made by credit card.
After receiving your registration and application for hotel and after-convention reservations at the Gunma Royal Hotel, we will contact you for confirmation by e-mail.
After that, we will issue an invoice for credit card payment.
